Would You Pay Someone To Read And Comment On Your Manuscript?

In my other blog at writegoodbooks.wordpress.com I have just posted a short article I thought it might be good to share.

I will briefly explain…I’m always curious as to how writers receive ‘feedback’ on their manuscript before deciding to self publish. Who do they ask to read it? How many people do they ask? Do they trust the comments they receive?

For example, do you ask your mother (father/daughter/son) to comment, only to receive the answer “It’s fabulous. It’s brilliant. It’s great. I love it. There’s nothing I would change.”

Would you trust that answer?

And the big question I asked was “Would you actually pay someone to read your manuscript and comment on the merits of the work and it’s potential if self published?” And who would that be?

Tricky questions? You bet.

I help new writers become published authors through self-publishing. I also offer writers the chance to have their work converted into Kindle eBooks and publish them on the Amazon Kindle store.
